Position Summary
Levelwear is looking for a Marketplace Marketing Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of product marketing and our GTM (Go to Market) strategy and execution for our commercial partners. This success candidate will guide the strategy that directly impacts the customer experience at retail, enhances brand awareness, drives sales and maximizes profitability. The Marketplace Marketing Manager will drive cross-functional integration working closely with the VP of Product and the various Sales Directors. This role manages a variety of internal and external requirements, tasks and assignments while emphasizing the importance of delivering exemplary levels of customer service, support, collaboration and integration.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Identify and manage the seasonal product launches in partnership with the VP of Product and sales teams
• Working with the VP of Product, construct the seasonal messaging on key product offerings
• Build and execute account marketing plans aligned with account business plans for golf, licensing and corporate
• Lead cross-functional development and implementation of seasonal trade show executions, and Buying Group Partners in collaboration with sales teams
• Manage annual account marketing budgets in coordination with Director of Marketing and Finance Team
• Measure the contribution of all account marketing activities to establish ROI
• Assist with the briefing and creation of account specific content to align with account marketing plans and brand strategy
• Establish and manage the day-to-day relationship with partner accounts
• Manage outside agency and vendor relationships related to executions at retail
• Elevate brand visual standards in partner locations and deployed materials to ensure consistency across all executions
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the most competitive pricing on POP and visual merchandising materials
• Based on sales intel, design, source and manage POP assets
• Manage Story based campaigns both in-store and online based on timetable set for the season. Target 3 to 4 per season.
• Manage micro-campaigns that will be deployed using social media assets – cadence 1 per week. Creating content to be deployed by the social media team.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field
• 5+ years of corporate visual merchandising and product marketing experience in apparel
• Strong understanding of cross-functional marketing communication mix
• Team player with a passion for sport – enjoys being a key member of the team, both leading and serving and is effective in a matrix environment
• Strong visual eye for detail, style, color pallet and display composition
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work and execute in a precise manner with little supervision
