Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

The standard order processing time is 1 - 3 business days upon successful submission and payment of your order. We may require extended processing time around the holidays, but any deviation from the standard timelines will be made available to you before you submit your order.

When you click “Pay Now”, your order is submitted for processing right away. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Free Ground Shipping

Free ground shipping is offered to individual orders with a value of $100 or more, before taxes and shipping. Multiple smaller orders or past orders, even if they have not shipped, cannot be combined to get to $100 for free ground shipping.

We ship via Purolator and UPS.

Transit Time

At checkout, you will be provided with the transit time for different levels of service. Please note that shipping times exclude weekends and holidays and are estimates provided by the carrier, which can vary based on carrier delays, weather issues, and other circumstances. Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped from our facility.
