BY ENTERING THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND ACCOLADE GROUP INC., DOING BUSINESS AS LEVELWEAR. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

1. ADMINISTRATOR

The RBC Canadian Open Rink Hole Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is administered by Accolade Group Inc., doing business as Levelwear (the "Sponsor" or "Administrator"), located at 66 West Beaver Creek Road, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada L4B 1G5. 

The Promotion is administered by Accolade Group Inc., doing business as Levelwear and is not sponsored, administered, or endorsed by RBC, Golf Canada, the RBC Canadian Open, or any applicable event/ticketing entity, unless otherwise expressly stated. All third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who have reached the age of majority in Ontario at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other parties involved in the development or administration of the Promotion, and each of their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on May 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET and ends on May 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received and recorded within the Promotion Period. Administrator’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

A potential winner will be randomly selected on or around May 26, 2026. The selected entrant will not be declared the official winner unless and until they have satisfied all requirements set out in these Official Rules.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Free Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without making a purchase, participants must complete the official giveaway entry form located at https://ca.levelwear.com/pages/rbc-canadian-open-rink-hole-giveaway during the Promotion Period and provide all required information, including first name, last name, and email address. Limit of one (1) free entry per person/email address during the Promotion Period. By submitting the official giveaway entry form, participants agree to the Official Rules and expressly consent to receive promotional emails and other commercial electronic messages from Accolade Group Inc., doing business as Levelwear, regarding Levelwear products, offers, promotions, and events. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each email. Unsubscribing will not affect a participant’s valid entry in the Promotion or their chances of winning.

Additional Entries Through Purchases

Participants may earn additional entries through eligible purchases made during the Promotion Period:

Eligible purchase amounts are calculated in Canadian dollars after discounts and before applicable taxes, shipping, duties, returns, refunds, and gift card purchases/redemptions, unless otherwise stated. For every complete CAD $50 in eligible purchase value, an entrant will receive one entry. Partial CAD $50 increments will not be rounded up.

Eligible RBC Canadian Open merchandise will receive double the number of purchase entries that would otherwise be awarded based on the eligible purchase value of those RBC Canadian Open merchandise items only. The 2x entry multiplier does not apply to non-RBC Canadian Open merchandise in the same order. For example, if an eligible order includes CAD $100 in RBC Canadian Open merchandise, the entrant would receive four (4) purchase entries instead of two (2).

If an order is canceled or refunded, associated entries may be voided. Proof of submitting an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by Administrator.

5. ENTRY LIMITS

Free entry is limited to one (1) per person/email address.

There is no limit to additional purchase entries earned through eligible purchases during the Promotion Period.

Use of automated systems, bots, or fraudulent entry methods is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

6. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) tickets to the RBC Canadian Open Rink Hole valid on Sunday, June 14, 2026

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): CAD $1,300.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Transportation, accommodations, parking, food, beverages, and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Tickets are subject to all applicable issuer, venue, event, and ticket terms and conditions. Seat/location details are at the Administrator’s discretion. Event date, time, access, seating, and availability are subject to change. Administrator is not responsible if the event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or if the winner or guest is denied entry due to failure to comply with applicable venue or event policies.

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Administrator’s use of the winner’s name, city/province of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and/or image for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Eligible purchases may result in additional entries and may increase an entrant’s chances of winning relative to entrants who submit only one free entry.

8. WINNER SELECTION, VERIFICATION & NOTIFICATION

A potential winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by the Administrator on or around May 26, 2026 from all eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted via email within three (3) business days of the draw date.

To be declared the official winner, the selected entrant must:

  • Correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question.
  • Sign and return any required declaration or release forms within three (3) business days
  • Comply with all Official Rules

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within three (3) business days of notification, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, fails to sign and return any required declaration or release forms within three (3) business days, or is otherwise deemed ineligible, the selected entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.

All entries are subject to verification by Administrator. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and void any entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, forged, falsified, altered, tampered with, generated by automated means, submitted in a manner not compliant with these Official Rules, or associated with an entrant who is later found to be ineligible.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION

By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Administrator for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting selected entrants, awarding the prize, and otherwise operating the Promotion.

For participants who submit the official giveaway entry form, personal information, including email address, may also be used by Accolade Group Inc., doing business as Levelwear, to send promotional emails and other commercial electronic messages about Levelwear products, offers, promotions, and events, in accordance with the consent provided at the time of entry. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Levelwear’s Privacy Policy.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Administrator is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries, technical malfunctions, or any other errors related to participation in the Promotion.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Administrator, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, event/ticketing entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any liability, claim, injury, loss, or damage arising from or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Prize is awarded “as is” without warranty of any kind.

12. GOVERNING LAW

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
