Position Summary:
Are you passionate about the sports industry, and want to put that passion to work? Are you looking for an opportunity to impact the effectiveness of the full-cycle sourcing function for a Company and accelerate the growth of one of Canada’s leading brands of sports and fan-based apparel? If so, we would love to speak with you about a role in our eCommerce Department team.
We are looking for a DTC program manager to join the Levelwear team to manage emerging ecommerce and drop ship markets.
Here are some of the things you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
Manage entire lifecycles for monthly ecommerce and DTC drops including Levelwear.com, fanatics.com etc. This applies to all licensed collections.
Minimum of 38 annual launches of “collections” that would be managed in its entirety.
Project manage each drop (launches) and follow up with corresponding departments on deadlines and milestones. Each drop will require each of the following elements:
Ideation of concept with product and marketing
Manage the creation of artwork for each team/league that is participating and work with the creative design and product team.
League approval (if required) for all designs – submission and subsequent approvals.
Coordinating orders of raw materials with the product managers.
If tied into a marketing campaign – making sure the assets are prepared and approved prior to launch of drop or campaign.
Uploading of items on each of the appropriate sites including Levelwear.com
Making sure that production is aware of any new launches so that they can manage expected workload.
Taking down of items from site(s) when the end date is reached.
Provide month to month sales analysis to Sales Director / Marketing and Product.
Analyze competitive brands in the ecosystem to identify opportunities to grow the business.
Maintain and manage a rolling 12-month calendar that plans out the business at least a year out in advance.
Be involved in the financial planning for this unit which includes top line revenues; demand planning for inventory required both garments and treatments.
About You:
You are comfortable working with multiple departments – product, sourcing, production, art production, customer service, marketing etc.
You are experienced project manager able to meet strict deadlines and milestones.
